Training & Development

To ensure holistic development of the resources, a comprehensive Learning & Development Plan is in place that ensures training for the resources to equip them with the skills, behavior and attitude required to fulfill their current and projected job responsibilities. For instance, to adorn employees with skills to handle a Singaporean Client; Business Etiquette Training Program, on Email, Telephone etiquettes, Handling Business Meetings etc. was taken.
There is a provision on Ad Hoc Training Programs that are based on the need of specific segments, for instance, a Young Leadership Orientation Program was launched for the resources, handling a team for the first time.
